1. Refund request window
You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of the first paid purchase, provided the service has not been materially used after activation. For a paid renewal, you may request review within 7 days of the renewal date where there has been no material new usage after renewal. These periods do not limit mandatory rights available under local law.
2. Cases normally eligible
Refunds may be approved for duplicate charges, an incorrect amount caused by our error, inability to use the service because of a platform-side defect we could not resolve within a reasonable period, or an early cancellation request that meets the time and usage conditions above.
3. Cases normally not refundable
Consumed software-subscription periods or materially used service are normally non-refundable, as are charges related to abuse or terms violations. SIM and carrier costs are not charged by Yebrax and are outside Yebrax refunds. Mandatory rights may still apply where required by law.
4. How to request a refund
Email the request to info@yebrax.com from the account email and include the order or transaction reference if available, the account email, and the reason for the request. Do not send full card numbers, CVV codes, or payment secrets by email or support form.
5. Processing method and timing
When approved, we normally submit the refund back through the original payment flow within 5 business days. The time for funds to appear depends on the payment provider or bank and may take additional time. Refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible.
6. Disputes and duplicate charges
If you see a duplicate or unfamiliar charge, contact us first so we can quickly review the order and transaction status. This policy does not remove any dispute rights available through your payment provider or under applicable law.
7. Policy updates
We may update this Refund Policy as the service or payment methods change. Updates will not retroactively remove rights that arose under an earlier purchase unless required by law.
