1. Nature of the service
Yebrax SMS Relay is a software platform, not a telecommunications service. Yebrax provides Android Relay software, an SMS API, queueing, retries, status tracking, logs, webhooks, and an operations dashboard. Yebrax does not sell SIM cards, eSIMs, phone numbers, airtime, mobile plans, or telecom-network SMS credits, and does not operate a carrier network. The customer uses and manages their own Android device, existing SIM, phone number, and mobile carrier account.
2. Delivery through the customer carrier
Final SMS delivery is performed from the customer-owned Android device using the customer SIM and mobile carrier plan. Yebrax does not control or guarantee carrier availability, fees, or policies. The customer remains responsible for their relationship with the mobile carrier.
3. Account and eligibility
You must provide accurate, current information and protect account credentials and API keys. You are responsible for activity under your account and for users you authorize. The service must not be used by anyone who is not legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
4. Acceptable use and consent
You may not use the service for spam, phishing, fraud, impersonation, harassment, unsolicited or illegal messaging, or attempts to bypass carrier rules. You must have the lawful basis and required consent for messaging and comply with applicable privacy/telecommunications laws and your mobile carrier policies. The published Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these terms.
5. Pricing and billing
SMS Relay fees are SaaS/software subscription fees for platform access, API access, Relay software, processing and connected-device capacity, logs, and webhooks. The final price is determined by SMS Relay based on plan, term, device count, and any displayed discount. Any message limit is a software-platform capacity limit, not a sale of carrier SMS credits. SIM, phone-line, and carrier-plan charges are separate and are not charged by Yebrax.
6. Payments
Payments are initiated through Yebrax’s approved central payment flow and the payment methods available at checkout. SMS Relay does not store full payment-card numbers. Your chosen payment provider may apply additional payment terms.
7. Subscription and cancellation
You may request cancellation or non-renewal through available account tools or by contacting us. If an offer includes automatic renewal, this will be disclosed before payment. Refund requests are governed by the published Refund Policy and any mandatory rights provided by law.
8. Availability and third-party dependencies
We aim to provide the software layer reliably, but final outcomes may depend on customer devices, Android, the customer carrier network, payment providers, internet connectivity, or other services outside Yebrax’s control. We may perform maintenance or improve features while making reasonable efforts to limit unnecessary disruption.
9. Intellectual property
The software, interface, trademarks, and platform content remain owned by Yebrax or its licensors. These terms do not grant rights to copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or misuse the platform except where allowed by law or written permission.
10. Suspension or termination
We may suspend or restrict an account for abuse, security risk, non-payment, violation of these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, legal requirements, or relevant carrier-policy issues. Where practical, we will use measures proportionate to the issue.
11. Liability
The service is provided on an available basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not control or guarantee carrier networks, customer devices, or third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or mandatory rights provided by law.
